The High Speed video plays really slowly or jumpy...
If you are on a fast internet connection but experience trouble viewing the High Speed video, we recommend that you try the Dial Up video and see if the playback quality improves.
When I click on a video, nothing happens...
Windows Users: Be sure that you have Windows Media Player installed and updated. For the best viewing experience, we highly recommend that you use Windows Media Player 11.
Mac Users: Be sure that you have the Flip4Mac plug-in for Quicktime installed.
Mac Users: The Flip4Mac plug-in for Quicktime doesn't seem to be working...
Be sure you have updated your software recently.
Mac OS X (on Intel or PowerPC) Version 10.3.9, 10.4 or higher is required for this advanced plug-in. Also, please be sure you are using QuickTime Version 6.5, 7.0 and higher. For more support information, please visit Flip4Mac.
Why do I have to use Windows Media Player now instead of Real Media Player?
Windows Media is standard on most Windows computers and Mac users simply need a Quicktime plug-in called Flip4Mac, rather than downloading an entirely new media player. Everyone will experience the same quality of video, but with the convenience of the player built into your computer's operating system. This is also an effort to standardize the format for all of our video e-mails.
I can only view the video, why can't I download it and keep it on my computer?
This communication is designed
for internal use and is generally time-sensitive, so we have provided it in a format for viewing only.
When I download the Dial-Up video, it is in a weird .ZIP format and my computer can't open it...
A ZIP file is basically a compressed folder with the video inside of it. You will need to "open" that folder to access the video inside. Windows XP users can simply click on it to "extract" the file inside. If you are using an older version of Windows, you may need to download WinZip or a similar program to open the ZIP file.
Mac Users: You may need the StuffIt Expander to open the ZIP file.
Why do I have to download the Dial-Up video and the others open on their own?
The Dial-Up video has been provided in the smallest possible file size so that those on a slower internet connection can dial-up, download it, disconnect to free up the phone line and view the video directly from your hard drive.
I'd like to watch a previous update, can I go back and select a previous video?
Yes. If you missed an update or need to go back and watch a previous video, you can do so by clicking here to visit the Video Archive. This archive only contains videos sent in 2007.
